Gelato e Passato is dedicated to my beloved Italian grandfather and his gelateria. With a collection of old family photos, memories, and conversations with remaining family members, I document the history of the gelateria and its importance to our family. It is a loving tribute and, at the same time, a visual memory of my grandfather's legacy and his life's work.
